Exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving the order (inside Riyadh).
Exchange
You may exchange size or item for another available one, same conditions.
Return fee
A 40 SAR delivery fee applies to exchanges and returns, deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Outside Riyadh
No exchange or return for orders shipped outside Riyadh.
Conditions for return / exchange
- Within 24 hours of receiving the order (inside Riyadh).
- The item is unworn and in its original condition.
- Price tag and original packaging are attached and intact.
- Free of any perfume, makeup, odor, or stains.
- The purchase invoice or order number is provided.
Non-returnable items
- Sale & clearance items (final sale).
- Orders shipped outside Riyadh.
- Innerwear and personal accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Any item used, with tag removed, or with altered condition.
